The Lod/Sen™ Option
Lod/Sen is a patented optional Electronic Fine-Tuning (EFT) System available with our Micro/Level® and Hy/Speed® Isolators. EFT Systems consist of Vibro/Dynamics Isolators plus Lod/Sen Technology. Electronic sensors within each isolator are connected to a Lod/Sen analyzer to accurately determine a machine’s support condition. Easy-to-read graphical displays on the analyzers indicate which isolators to adjust, and how much to adjust them. By being able to measure and monitor the load being supported on each isolator, an optimal machine support condition can be easily obtained without guess work!
Machines installed on EFT Systems are precisely leveled, aligned, and supported in a condition that increases productivity, maximizes machine and tooling life, reduces energy consumption, and provides an ideal preventative maintenance tool.
